All payments in the shop are made using PayPal.

All payments are required before goods are despatched. 

The process of making of marbled paper often means that the wrong side will have some small paint marks, this is the natural process of marbling and does not  affect the beauty of the product. 

Any import taxes / duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Marbled paper and patterns are one-offs and although the main design may be the same every print is slightly different. This is part of its beauty and uniqueness.

Small samples can be provided if required and if they are available at the time. 

We cannot accept any responsibility for variations in colour or shade compared to images shown on a computer or device screen as colours may not be true to likeness.

If you are unhappy with an order return the items/papers to us we will provide you with a full refund but the customer is responsible for the return postage costs, and ensuring the goods are returned to us and in the same condition as sent. Postage will be refunded where an item has arrived damaged.

All marbled designs produced by Maiden Marbling and photographs of those designs are copyright and cannot be duplicated or reproduced without License or permission from Maiden Marbling.
