UK online orders are sent via Royal Mail TRACKED.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most of our International orders are sent via Royal Mail TRACKED.  Larger or high value items are often sent by a suitable courier such as Fed-Ex/UPS/DPD.Items sent Internationally (apart from USA see below) are shipped DDP ‘Delivered at Place’ or DDU ‘Delivered Duties Unpaid’

These terms mean the following:

  • The seller/exporter is responsible for delivering the goods to the buyer’s country and covering transportation costs up to that point.

  • The buyer/importer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the shipment arrives.

Most of our USA orders are sent by FED-Ex or other courier, and smaller items via Royal Mail Tracked

To our Valued Customers, Clients & Friends in the USA,

Starting 29 August 2025, the removal of the de minimis threshold means that all goods valued under $800 will now be subject to U.S. customs duties (10% of the goods’ value).

We remain committed to serving our U.S. customers, but please note that these new U.S. tariffs mean that online purchases will now require an additional tariff payment.

For the time being, after any purchase made through our online shop from the USA, we will reach out to you to arrange payment of the tariff. Based on current guidance, this will be 10% of your order value plus any handling fee charged by the courier or Royal Mail.

These tariffs and fees are imposed by the U.S. Government. All other delivery charges will remain unchanged, and any overpayments will be promptly refunded to you.
